At Quicksy, we don't just sell products — we deliver solutions that make everyday life a little easier. But if something isn't right, we promise to make it right.


7-Day Easy Return Promise

You have 7 full days from the date of delivery to raise a return request. We keep it simple — if you're not happy, tell us and we'll sort it out.

Returns are accepted when the product is unused and in its original condition, packed securely for return, and you share clear photos or a short video showing the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. This helps us keep our prices fair for everyone. Once your return is verified, we'll arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process and keep you informed at every step.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

We're fair about returns, but some situations don't qualify — products that have been used, stained, broken, or mishandled, items without original packaging or missing accessories, vacuum storage bags that are torn or misused, and drying stands that are dented, bent, or incorrectly assembled.

That said, if your product arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — we'll send a free replacement immediately, as long as you follow the process below.


Unboxing Video — Required for Damage or Wrong Item Claims

For any damaged, wrong, or defective product claim, an unboxing video is mandatory. Your video must clearly show the complete unboxing from start to finish with no cuts or edits, the issue clearly visible, and the AWB number or shipping label on the package.

Without a proper unboxing video, we won't be able to process damage or wrong item claims. If your claim is genuine and the video is provided, we'll send a free replacement immediately at no extra cost.


Refunds

Once we receive your return and it clears inspection, prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method and COD orders will be refunded via UPI or wallet transfer. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days. Return shipping charges will be deducted except in valid damage or wrong item cases.


Exchanges

Received the wrong product or something that isn't working? Just share the required video or photos and we'll ship a free replacement quickly and smoothly.

Email us at quicksysupport@gmail.com with your Order ID, photos or video of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. Our support team responds within 24 hours and will guide you through the entire process.


A Note From Us

We're here to help, not to hassle. We may decline a return if the product is not in original condition, was misused or damaged after delivery, no unboxing video is provided for damage claims, or false claims are detected. In such cases, future COD orders may be restricted.
