Order Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–72 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday). Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

Delivery Timeline

Most orders are delivered within 4–7 working days depending on your location. Metro cities are typically faster, remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders — prepaid and COD both. No hidden charges.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged or opened, record a video or take clear photos before unpacking and email us within 24 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Address Changes

Contact us within 6 hours of placing your order if you need to change your delivery address. After dispatch, changes cannot be made.

Missed Delivery

If the delivery partner misses you, they'll retry the next working day automatically.
